If you’ve never seen the highest mountain in Africa, then it’s time to visit on your next vacation. Or, if you’re up for some activity during your vacation, maybe it’s time to climb to the top!
Most tourists visit to climb to the summit of Kilimanjaro. You can, too, because the trek requires neither rock climbing skills nor mountaineering equipment. You’ll also escape extreme weather conditions like you would when climbing to the top of other continents’ highest mountains, such as Mount Everest.
It’s important that you’re in great physical condition before attempting this. The climb takes a minimum of six days, and you need a guided tour. If you don’t have that time, you can also see the wildlife safaris with the grand mountain behind them.
Dig Into the Beaches in Praslin, Seychelles
Praslin is the second-largest tropical island in Seychelles, and it sits in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The island has a handful of upscale resorts, but Anse Lazio and the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve are the best of the bunch.

Another well-known safari location is Botswana, which is located in southern Africa. The Okavango Delta is a popular tourist destination in the northern part of the nation. During the rainy season, this large interior river delta floods and offers a distinctive safari experience.
