The truth is, we understand why the older and other generations keep pushing the “Gen-Z = lazy people” stereotype, being part of a generation that grew up with the social culture of instant gratification and finding it easy with the help of technology. We see how resentment can easily find its way into the mind. However, even with the perks of generation Z, it is quite difficult to ascertain our future in the workplace with the rise of artificial intelligence and other numerous technologies. But will this stop us, or are we going to find a way to make life easier with these tools?
